Young members of the Amber project were asked to help record what happened at the Party in the Park at Whit Lane. This community organised day of music, stalls and other entertainment has been a big hit in the last years.
Bike Ride to Blackpool by Olivers' Youth Club. This charity bike ride happens every year for the Christie's hospital. A group of young people and youth workers from Salford went on this ride.

in 1959
Screaming Green was founded in 2006 by staff and students from the University of Salford's volunteering project, volunteering@salford. The project was conceived from a desire to fill the gap between theory and practice in environmental courses at the University of Salford, and to contribute to improving the environment in the city.
