Doing It!

DIY is a Learning Disability Theatre Company based in Salford now in
its 14th year. The company's devised performances and educational
projects challenge stereotypes, promote inclusion and celebrate
creativity.
This exhibition explores the history and working
methods of DIY Theatre Company as documented by professional
photographer Nigel Hillier. The exhibition includes powerful images
from a number of past performances. It also documents the creative
processes that participants use to develop themes and devise their
shows.
